Cast of characters:
- one 5-7 ounce tilapia filet
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- juice from 1/4 of a lemon
- spring of fresh rosemary (or 1/4 tsp dried rosemary)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place tilapia filet in oven safe dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Place spring of rosemary on top and add salt and pepper, if you wish.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes.
